If you have a special request or have a special shipping need, this is the place where we have you pay for those things. It isn't often needed, however if after speaking with us about your special request, we will quote you what it will cost and you simply need to add that number here for payment.
Remember that this is something you would never need unless there is a special circumstance and you have spoken with us first.
